Battery life for the LG gram is insane. When they say 20 hours they are not kidding.
sadly, there is always going to be a balance between price, power, form factor
if you want the best price, form factor, you will be lacking power. if u want best power and form factor, then you'll be lacking price... same as you want best price and form factor, you'll end up with a powerful 7lbs machine
as a balance, I think these are really good.

why just costco? $699 and $849 are really strong. and if I didnt have a 17" gram, I would get the first one (I don't need touch or 2-in-1 usability).
weight is really an issue for me
Same on the 17" but 8gb is fine for me.
anything Data intense will have a problem.

The newer Grams that I've seen, including the ones at Costco, all have significant flex and a softer feeling keyboard. I don't believe I've tested the 14Z90 at Costco so just wanted to see if anyone here has any experience. Thanks!
IMO, LG Gram line is pretty good. For build quality/weight ratio, IMO they are the best
