iPad Pro 2020 --> 6 GB RAM ($610 Apple Refurb)
iPad Air 2022 --> 8 GB RAM ($550 Apple Education Pricing)
I wouldnt buy an iPad Air 2020 for more than $400, 4 GB of RAM is very little.
