This vacuum vacuums well. But it doesn't use it's lidar for navigation. It's only used to initially map the house. After that it will bump into walls and objects. It ignores no go zones. The app constantly crashes. I called shark to return it and they offered me 30% off the the 400 I paid to keep it. I declined and bought a j7 Roomba. Light years better.

I don't have this particular shark model. But I'm pretty sure they use the same app from shark. The app is very annoying: it asks for password almost every time I use it.

This is a good deal. I got this unit on Black Friday last year for $375. Vacuum seems to have decent suction. Roller is also easy to take off and clean. Sec empty base is nice. App is ok. Self mapping feature just works ok. I've had to redo it a couple of times because sometimes it misses spots. Also you can set a schedule but it has to do the whole house. It also has the option to vacuum high traffic areas that you can create, but you can't set that function on a schedule. A minor gripe
