Because this is 10x cheaper? Easier to use in a rental location? Because there is no ongoing subscription? It'll work if the thieves cut power/internet? Extra leftover money for shotgun?

hook up an Arduino to it and you have a smart security for a fraction of the cost.

had these when we lived in a rental house 10 years ago and have them in our current home. nowadays theyre on our front and back doors. we set them every night to make sure the kids dont walk out in the middle of the night mostly. painted the front door one with brown spray paint to blend in with wood door before sticking with included double sided tape.

I bought a bunch from dollar tree that work great. I put them on all the doors and make a round to turn them on at night. With 3 small children, I am pretty serious about them at night.

Finally. Been waiting for the mower to go back on sale
Finally! I hate when the sale mower tries to break in (or escape)!

I find the regular door/window alarms in a $1. The technology is so old that one should not have to pay more than $1 per alarm. In other words, you are paying for the brand name over substance.

Plenty of those on the market, but nowhere near $3 and change each.
