Looks like some Amazon pricing bot got confused by the 3rd party seller's low offer on the duplicate listing and matched pricing from its own stock. They will catch on pretty quickly I imagine. Awesome deal while it lasts. Now I have to move on to find a deal on 2 ceiling fans :-)

It comes with both white and light almond paddles in the box. White is pre-installed.

​It is designed specifically for fan speed control (low, medium, high) which it does by reducing the power to the fan for medium and low. They don't suggest it for a light, but it might be ok for a dimmable light if you wanted 3 light level options. I wouldn't suggest it though

So only good with a dedicated fan, no lights can be controlled. Won't work if you have fan and light on the same gang switch?

This is just the single fan switch. For example, SmartThings sees it as a single switch.

Now for electrical and can it….maybe. But you will still only have one switch. Pretty sure it says somewhere not to do it.
