Saturated fat isn't always the bad guy. If you're low carb and working out, you're using fat for energy. That said, the chocolate chip ones aren't that great. The peanut butter ones are decent. If I'm going to have cookies I go for these because of the low sugar and net carb content.

I get people bringing up the sugar. I enjoy a cheat day of a treat. I can only eat gluten free foods. Thats why I eat these. I dont get a choice to eat a normal cookie

These are not supposed to be Levain or a substitute for a protein bar. These are protein cookies, which I tend to use as a sort of 'daily cheat.' Decent macros, taste reasonably good (PB is the best IMO), lots of fiber and protein. 🤷 ♂️

I can eat just about anything and these were not good. Was really excited by them but they are really dry and have a funky fake sugar flavor. Overall 3/10

I started a cut few weeks ago, and pulled the trigger on these early this month (same deal). I like to snack on these when the cravings get bad, flavor is good IMO, but then again I am not super picky about my sweets.

Not a fan of these. I did find the quest peanut butter cups pretty good though so give those a try!
