FWIW, I've seen comments on Red It that mention an input lag that may be noticable on some of the twitchy games like sonic.

Haven't played this first hand, but may be a report worth looking into before purchase if it's important to you.

No offense, but this is the absolute worst type of game to buy a physical copy of. Having all these quick "pick up and play" type games without having to remove/add a cartridge every time is a huge benefit. If I have another game in the likelihood I ever say "let me swap carts so I can play X" is low. It's the type of game you just don't think about, scroll thru and just start playing. Unlike say Zelda where you leave it in the cartridge slot because you're working on it, this game is a "got 10 mins to kill, let's play part of a sega game"
