In the past I've googled LG EPP with no luck. Had no idea it was called partner store. My work email has worked for both Samsung and now this. Since these are brand new, $200+ off MSRP seems like a good deal

The LG OLED line looks great but I am totally disappointed with mine and the service I have not received from LG under my warranty. My 48 C1 has been exchanged once and had the panel replaced twice and LG is refusing to honor their warranty claiming that I am fraudulent. My tv has severe dark vertical banding and am currently exploring options to get my money back. Buyer beware as I am not sure what's going on with LGs customer service but I won't be giving them any more money moving forward. This was my first LG tv and my last LG product. Here is a video as to what LG has left me with. https://youtu.be/90SFpJOd_YA
Lol and I bet LG is happy to not have you as a customer. Watched your video and didn't see anything wrong.

You do not see the dark black lines on the right hand side? It may not pop out but I have never any tv at any price point with any visible banding like that. It looks much worse in person. I have many other photos and had an LG authorized service tech in my home who also agreed that this panel was not within spec and defective but LG refused the allow the repair since he did not have a remote to put the tv in a diagnostic more. There is so much more to this story. LG has the absolute worst support of any company I have ever worked with. I want to love the tv because it looks great at times but when you can see vertical lines while gaming, watching a move, streaming tv or just about anything else, it's hard to justify spending this kind of money. Make sure you get a good panel and you are happy because no one making a purchase at this price point wants to deal with this nightmare. A good deal is only as good as the product and the support you receive. You may or may not be supported under your manufactures warranty if you purchase this. My tv is still within warranty and was being reviewed for replacement this is what I was left with.

May want to redo that video at night when daylight glare is taken out of the equation.

I absolutely agree with you. I do not have a lot of time to game right now and that was the condition I was able to capture it in. It is much more apparent in the dark.

That's too bad. It is odd to have the same issue after an exchange and panel swap. That said you'd still expect better from LG. Especially at their price point and the fact the C1 has only been out 1 yr.

Pretty obvious at 0:02. The problem is common to oled in dark gray scenes, some better than others. With use it could also get better but still there. That's why I haven't exchanged mine. It is getting lighter and the exchange is not guaranteed to be better.

I'm looking for the 65" C2 to replace my dying 12 year Sony 46" LCD, but in 7 more months will Black Friday prices be lower than these EPP prices in the past?

Just get your TV now. 7 months of not enjoying these amazing sets, compared to your very old Sony, is not worth any potential savings. Even if the sets are $200 cheaper in 7 months, isn't your greatly enhanced enjoyment between now and then worth $1 per day ? Yes! Invest in your own happiness , Friend.

I wonder what the holdup is for the 42" model?
