I got an email from ecobee saying they have a bundle at Costco for $240 that includes a thermostat (not the lite), and two of each of their sensors plus 6 months of their security subscription. Went in store and they had it! Pretty good deal if you need all of those pieces. YMMV since email says it is only at certain locations.
