The last time this went on sale, people reported they got the wrong model when they bought this headset from Amazon. While I'm not sure if that problem still persists, it would be safer to get it from Best Buy.

i ordered this last time. It's a pretty good headset for the price. Sounds good and comfortable. I ended up returning it and going all in on the cloud flight s wireless. Completely different price range, but so worth it.

Amazon has been giving the old version without USB dongle recently. I ordered twice at different times last month and got old versions both times.

No idea if this was fixed, as Amazon did pull stock for a couple days after my second return.

I ended up ordering directly from HP. It's a nice headset.

This comes with both 3.5mm and USB connections. Both should work with PS5, 3.5 should work with Xbox.

Looks like they pulled the stock again, I'm in the process of returning the pair I just got from the last deal don't buy it from Amazon they send the old ones no USB dongle

I ordered from HP during the last run of this deal and it also did not come with the USB dongle. It is not all that useful (I don't have any devices that have a USB port but no audio jack) and I don't think I want to deal with HP's RMA process, so I will let it pass. Definitely should have ordered from Best Buy instead.

Just got mine today. Anyone know how to turn up or down the volume with this headset for the PS5? I connected it via usb to the PS5 and nothing seems to happen when I click the volume up or down buttons on the usb adaptor?

Bought these for $60 on amazon, returned right away. I don't understand the hype around these. The sound in general is not even good enough to listen to a song on youtube. This is an instance of you get what you pay for.
