I really want this one as the iFit console on my treadmill. The ASUS $149 one will not work as it does not have a touch screen. $350 is too expensive for this purpose though. But I doubt we can see it below $200 ever. ACER is not a company putting their product to a fire sale.

I'd agree with that too, I can never imagine this going below the $250-$300 mark, ever.

That's what I meant - around $300 and it would be good. The $149 one was mentioned as a price drop example, not that this price would be realistic for this higher model.

We can all keep an eye on the open box. I got my Acer 713 for $250 and Lenovo C340 2-in-1 for $169. Both are open box items in like new condition.
