Vevor has 7" Diamond Core Drill 180mm Handheld Concrete Coring Drill Machine 2180W w/Case with code DMRI for $101.99 Shipped
7 inch Max Drilling Diameter: 2180W powerful motor of the handheld core drill rig is designed for wet drilling in reinforced concrete, stone, asphalt, marble, ceramic, walls, floors, and more. With a 7"/180mm max drilling diameter and 1600RPM stepless speed, you can drill with less effort.
Durable Steel Output Shaft & Copper Inlet: As the machine will work upside down, water will unavoidably flow on to the drill machine. In this case, our drilling rig has a rustproof steel forged output shaft and waterproof copper water inlet for a long-lasting water supply.
Over-current Protection: We also provide an overload protection system and an upgraded cooling system. They are designed for avoiding burn-in and prolonging the service lifespan of the drilling press machine.
Comfortable Shoulder Rest & Handle: The upgraded shoulder rest is designed to save your energy. The slip-proof rubber handle greatly enhances friction and reduces vibration to completely control the hammer with comfort. Besides, tools are well stored and sorted in a compact case.
Wide Range of Application: The wet diamond core drilling rig can be widely used in drilling reinforced concrete, red brick, marble, and other materials. It is perfect for installing air conditioners, pipes, stair railings, repairing highways, etc.
Same imported drill is $83.53 on eBay where you can also buy the core drill bits to match. These do draw almost 20amps (19.82amps at 110v), so have the appropriate outlet and compensate for any extension cords.

On here, you cannot link to an eBay seller that is not 'approved.' Although they come and go in various bit sizes, do a site search and you will find it. There are also wet rigs with a stand for less than $200 in various bit sizes that are ok for occasional usage.
They are simply turning a diamond core bit that is specific to that metric threaded chuck head. We recently drilled through 18" of brick wall with a cheap 4" carbide bit from Home Depot and a DeWalt 20volt DCD996. Granted, brick is softer than concrete, but you just need to turn the circumference of the bit. Wet keeps the dust down and the bit cooler, but you can do it dry with a little patience. If vertical, just pour a little water for cooling.
PS: Most bit sizes for these imports are in MM and not inches. The machine itself seems to be identical for whatever bit size.
PPS: If you cannot find the size you want today, check out sold items and ask seller to relist another.
