So the GPU is weaker than the M15 r4/r5/r6 which are 140/130/130.
CPU does run pretty hot at 100 C so you should definitely consider throttlestop and undervolting.
Might just wait for the X15 R2 to go on sale as the 12th gen is a significantly better upgrade than 11th gen and the GPU runs at the proper 130/140W.
