Maybe to complete the order, but before you can even do that you have to make an account, download the Alexa app, sign in to Alexa, download the skill, link your account, and then you can start making an order.

If I'm understanding the offer correctly, you need a google or amazon voice assistant. Maybe that's possible to do without buying hardware though a mobile app? IDK, I'm not in those ecosystems

How do we know what samples are each time they launch them? Do they pop up on Alexa devices?

Seemed to be pretty easy to set up. I have the Alexa app so just needed to link the account which took about 15 seconds. Most of the time they send a four pack sample.
