I think California has stricter energy efficiency standards than other states, even for LED bulbs. My guess is these light bulbs don't meet CA Title 20 standard, therefore can't be sold/shipped to CA addresses

I use the motion detector plug in night lights to pee in the middle of the night. But daylights otherwise the rest of the time
