Yes this is cheap, but do yourself a favor and get a carbon steel wok instead. It'll last you forever. This one might last you a month.

I had bought this exact wok from Walmart last year for $5. And it barely lasted 2 weeks before the coating started to peel off. Total trash not even worth a single buck.

My brother bought this and it has been only used a handful of times and the bottom coating already started peeling off. I have an induction stove.

Had this years ago. It lasted 1 cook session and everything after stuck to the bottom. Not worth it.

Had this, cooked with it a few times and the finish began chipping into the food just outside the return period. Stay away

Not really, as long as it's a carbon steel wok and not coated in non stick. Pick a size depending on how much food you cook each time
