Vizio SmartTV software is the worst out there. Not worth any deal, honestly. It's always glitchy and updates are always behind every other brand. I've switched to Google TV and their new update tries to force me to use their SmartTV software instead. If you just want a cheap TV and do buy a Vizio, make sure to Google how to turn off "Viewing Data".

Yeah we can just put an firestick or roku. The important thing is what the picture looks like.

I always get vizios, I like the picture better, but wouldnt get the lower models. Get M versions and above.
I do nothing on the actual tv anymore as far as software. Chromecast & xfinity x1

I have one of these and for the price, I like it. Picture is great. Sound and Smart TV features are poor but I used a sound bar and Nvidia Shield so they're non factors.

This set does have VRR which would work with PS5 - and while it does have HDMI 2.1 they max out at 60fps at 4k and NOT 120fps.

Can someone confirm if what I am saying is accurate lol. Thank you

"I just double checked with our testers and I can confirm that even though it's advertised to support FreeSync, it unfortunately doesn't work on this TV. It's still possible it gets added in an update though, so we're going to keep an eye on this situation and if we see reports of it being added and working, we'll carry out our retests and update our review!"

3 Vizios in our household 70", 65" and a 60" IIRC. All going strong, never an issue. Oldest is about 10 years. I can't attest to the "smart" portion of them since I only use them with a side-loaded Firestick or OTA.

Just bought one of these yesterday as a lyrics monitor at church. Screen is crisp and clear. Can't speak to the software, as I'm simply using the HDMI input. It did require me to update the software when I fired it up, which took about 10 minutes.
