I redeemed them on April 2. My statement closed April 11. Still no sign of the credits! Wonder how long they take to post. Amex credits usually post in less than a week.

Another annoying thing with Citi offers is it won't tell me I redeemed an offer right away after redemption. Poor software and workflow they must have.

Took 2 ubers a few weeks ago. The credit hasn't hit my account but every day they add more Uber's in my redemption section. The other offers I took advantage of I saw the credit post to my account right away. Something is definitely broken with this Uber offer.

My redemption tab looks similar to yours with multiple Uber offers being "earned" although I only took 1 ride. I don't think it's just an Uber offer issue as I see the same multiple Sam's Club offer redemptions.

I don't know - it just seems to be wonky. I'm hoping it eventually sorts out so I don't have to bother contacting customer service
