From what I understand, some newer citi accounts don't get these merchant offers. I have only been a citi DC and CC card holder for a little over a year and they don't give me any merchant offers whatsoever
If anyone can share some information on how to contact customer support for Citi Merchant Offer, I'd greatly appreciate. I have heard Citi Merchant offer is super unreliable. I am sure I am not the only one experiencing issues on missing credit.

1. Chat with CS. The guy told me wait till new statement, the account will be credited. Of course no changes on new statement.
2. Second chat with CS. Same BS from CS. I have quoted part of the Citi's email that clearly states account will be credited in few days. CS told me that nothing she can do and to call Citi because they do not have superiors on chat help.
3. Phone call to CS. I spoke with girl in India (I guess). She was clueless about Merchant Offers. I have asked her to talk to supervisor. The supervisor (Indian guy) was clueless as well about Merchant Offers. Then I pointed to him about my past Merchant Offers credited to my account. That helped. He put me on hold to find out more about issues with Merchant Offers. He said he submitted request to have my account credited for those Merchant Offers. I've asked him if they have problems with their system. He said yes, they do and they are working on it. He also said that Merchant Offers are actually from MasterCard. I asked him if Citi has CS dedicated to Merchant Offers. He said no, customers have to call regular CS 800 number. Also, you have to wait 10 days for account credit before calling.
I hope Citi will fix their system soon. It is not worth to call about every missed credit and deal with incompetent CS.

After I sent out that question here, I called Citi regular credit card customer services number again. The CSR was clueless about 'Citi Merchant Offer' as expected. I asked her if there is a separate support number for Citi Merchant Offer. (BTW I called in the middle morning and she seemed to be based in US from her accent.) She searched for a while and then sent me to Citi Rewards support. The automated answer system asked me to select between credit card support and ThankYou point support. Since I just talked to someone in credit card support, I chose ThankYou point support even my question had nothing to do with ThankYou point support. The lady answered my call sounded like US based too. I asked her if she knew how to contact Citi Merchant Offer support. She, as expected, never heard about Citi Merchant Offer. After I explained what Citi Merchant Offer is, she put me on hold and asked her manager and co-workers. Then she came back and told me that she got an answer from someone who knew about Citi Merchant Offer and found the back office support group for Citi Merchant Offer. She opened a credit request for me with that group even she does not work on credit card support. She told me that Citi Merchant Offer is supported by regular credit card Customer services (as you mentioned), but because it is relatively new, no one seemed to know what to do. In the future, if I have issues with Citi Merchant Offer again, I can call regular credit card customer services and ask them to look into my account history on April 2022 and they should see which support group to open a request against.
I was very lucky for talking to someone this time who was not only nice but also has a brain. Citi really should train their customer services to support Citi Merchant Offer.

First time using these. They seem to pretty good, better than chase in generosity but perhaps behind Amex in number of offers.
