I really like this mouse but the software for setting up macros is annoying. Overall I'd call it a buy, especially if you're on mac and can use Steermouse software instead, and double especially if it's going to be your travel mouse (bluetooth means no dongle)

PROS:
Lots of buttons. I map next tab, last tab, forward, back, close tab, refresh, top of page, bottom of page, next desktop, last desktop and I've done this for years with various MMO mice. Can't live without it.
Bluetooth or USB wireless
Scroll wheel can switch between smooth scrolling and bumpy scrolling
Long battery life
Feels good in hand

CONS:
Software is annoying but ultimately works
Polling rate over bluetooth is low, mouse can feel jumpy to folks who are picky

Again I really like this mouse and would call it a buy. It is the bluetooth mouse with the highest number of programmable buttons.
FYI this mouse, if used every day, will develop a clicking issue within a year or so. It'll sometimes double-click when you're trying to single click. It is a known issue, Logitech won't fix it, and if it happens outside of warranty you're boned. I've gone through two of them already.

The only reason I continue to use this mouse is it has a rare combination of features: at the press of a button it can switch between bluetooth/lightspeed (useful for 2 computers), batteries that last for months, sensitivity adjustment on the fly, high DPI, and many convenient buttons.

It's the perfect mouse if you WFH, and your personal and work computers share a desk. Except for the defective design. And when it goes bad, it's frustrating. Did you click the button to archive that email? Whoops, it double-clicked and banished some other possibly important email to the pits of despair as well.
Does this mouse suffer from logitech double click/misclick after about a year? (gone thru maybe 6 mice all of which will eventually take a single click as 2 or won't maintain click hold to drag anything; result from using poor quality click actuators)

You too are using exaggerated speech to make a point. Every logitech mouse has this issue? Literally every single one double clicks? That's easily proven wrong because I have multiple that don't.

You need to form your statements reasonably because currently it's impossible to take them seriously.
OK zoomer. You will see some time down the line when it happens to you. Then everyone and their mom will say to you "told you so". LMAO

Can the + and - buttons on this mouse be programmed for anything other than DPI changes? I assume so but you never know.

Yes, they can be. The programming limits from days of G600 have been removed... another one is, G-Shift can be assigned to any button.

Yes they can, I own it, there are some after factory setting you can do on it and some mods as well, if for everyday activity I would totally recommend it, but if you into playing FPS and want to be good in the get something more light

I have one of these mice andI highly recommend it although Logitech is infamous for their buttons double clicking, it hasn't happened in this mouse which I've had for about 5 months.

I like the ability to hold one key to use different key mappings which I use this in conjunction with ahk as a productivity power house.

Also note:
I find that some workers (mine) block Logitech hub, but profiles can be saved to the mouse using a different computer to bypass this

Cons: side buttons aren't the easiest to push vs other large surface buttons and are close up to each other

I have this mouse. I hate it. Randomly disconnects once per week. Have to use another mouse to disconnect from bluetooth and reconnect.
Low range, way more buttons than any sane person needs (unless you're a DOTA pro).
The plastic on the righthand side rides up and separates from the battery compartment.

It's awful.

Does the Naga have the infinite scroll wheel like a logitech mouse? I'm eyeing this as my next mouse but I can't find info about that anywhere. I'm assuming not. Razer has a wired mouse that does have an infinite scroll wheel so I'm puzzled why they wouldn't add it to their higher end mice.
The Naga Pro does NOT have infinite scroll like your wanting. It does have the lock scroll on screen by pushing it down to scroll continuously up and down but you can't unlock the actual scroll wheel for infinite on this mouse. I know some people like that feature but I've never used it, so I never missed not having it. I wish you luck in your search!

Thank you for confirming this. It's the one feature I can not go without.

Can you clarify, is it disconnecting while in Bluetooth mode? Or also wireless mode?

Pictures attached of the dirty leaf and how complicated this mouse is built.

Thank you. Can you or anyone also clarify if this model still has the thumb button at the green area? (Not the 6 side thumb buttons in the yellow area.)
E.g. my M705 has a big thumb button at green, and 2 buttons at yellow. Id like to still have the bigger green button area.

I get random brief dropouts on regular dongle-mode, and permanent rarer dropouts in Bluetooth. I'm 4' from the PC, and I have used 3 other mice without difficulty in the same setup (not simultaneously).

This mouse neither has the gesture pad in the mx anywhere advanced or the application switch in the m705. It is a normal thumb rest

I like Mouse Without Borders from Microsoft Garage for working from home with 2 PCs. It just makes both PCs into one. Smilie

I've tried 6 or 7 different high button count mice and the g700s is by far the one I find has the most intuitive layout. Nothing else was even similar, either sacrificing too many buttons or having really poor layouts. Was really worried what was going to happen when both of my g700s crapped out and I could no longer fix the buttons (been using the same 2 for 5 years with one button replacment). I use it as a productivity mouse mapping things like ctrl c, ctrl v, ctrl f, ctrl tab, and windows snipping tool shortcuts to buttons and have really gotten used to having them.

So I was ecstatic when I first saw the g604 button layout since I thought i finally had an acceptable backup for my g700s. Been holding off on purchasing, since my g700s are still working fine, but going to go ahead and pick one of these up now as a backup in case logitech decides to take this one off the table also.

The double click issued could be fixed by replacing both switches. It took some patience and skill. Search "Qty 2 OMRON D2F-01F-T Micro Switch Microswitch for Razer Logitech Apple Mouse" on amazon, these are what I used. YouTube also has step by step videos.
