There's two ways to go about it. Moderation or offset the calories with enough movement. Don't quote me on this but I am almost sure that the number 1 cause of type 2 diabetes is caused by the lack if movement aka sedentary lifestyle than say... A sweet indulgence.

Yep I ordered chocolate from woot and it came crushed, semi melted/deformed, lost it's gloss which implies they were most likely stored incorrectly (probably well below room temperature underneath a bunch of weight.)
They're not trying to get rid of these to "beat the rush of the summer temperatures".. They've already been through that lol. It's just easier to ship to us fatties than to sort and ship to the dumpster probably.
