262 seems like a great price to buy, look at it and return if crappy before you leave store

Pretty low risk purchase at this price I think

FYI Best Buy's "open box" = used. The product is Geek Squad® Certified which doesn't mean shit. You will also not get the 4 months of Fitness+ membership if it has been redeemed already.

I can't even tell if this is sarcasm. 10%-12% more for brand new seems like a no-brainer to me here. No questions at all for what you're getting.

Good advice - no risk, especially since it carries original warranty and you can inspect and return if not satisfied

A place not too far from me has it for $233. I would name the city but I think it's probably best for someone who truly wants this to get it vs someone who would read my post and go "....OH IT'S MINE!!!"

No lie - if this was the bigger variant I'd easily bought a "fair" for that price.
Yah saw that

Goes by serial # just like the phones. If it's ever been activated, which it likely did, then warranty starts.
