I've had this from Costco for about 6 months with very light usage(I'm single). But the nozzle started to get weaker and weaker from a month ago. Right now, it's not able to spray while you can hear it's trying. I don't know what to do as next step. ....
What were your specific issues w.r.t. build quality? We have two from Costco and both are working great after 2+ years now.
So many comments… so few about the actual product in this deal…

BioBidets are garbage. I've returned every single one I got back to Costco for build quality reasons.

The "soft close" mechanism cracked and so it would slam when you put it down.

On another, the wand stopped retracting fully and kept making grinding noises.

I don't recall the issue with the third, but that was enough to pay extra to switch to a Toto.

The first was a 6800 the latter was a A8.

I've never had an issue with the BioBidet USPA 6800 I bought 3 years ago, bought from Costco as well.

I recommend taking it off once a year to do a good clean on it. It tends to get gunky between the plastic seams in the seat, but you can use a small brush to clean it out easitly. The spray wand and the air dryer vent can be cleaned then as well and those are very easy to do as well when you take the seat off.. The smell filter should be changed as well since the charcoal filter they put in there doesn't last forever.

I saw that BioBidep 6800 was around $200 a month ago as well. Would you choose this Moen or should I wait for the 6800? Thanks!

I have the basic non-electric biobidet and I love it. No issues whatsoever. Been going strong for 3 years now. I actually question the desirability of these fancy versions. More to clean and more to break. I live in the north and cold water in the winter just isn't that uncomfortable.

I honestly don't know as there are things about the BioBidet I don't like. I mentioned the seam on the seat that can get "gunky", so I try to wipe it once in a while and scrub it really well once a year. The manufacturer also says not to use any cleaners on the seat, but I don't know how you'd clean a toilet seat with just water (I still use scrubbing bubbles to clean it). There are also times when the water turns off on it's own before I turn it off. I don't know why it does this, but it's a minor inconvenience as I just hit the button again. The remote is the biggest gripe I have with it as it is 2 sided and you have to pick it up to get some of the other spray options. I prefer the ones that come with a control bar that just mounts on the wall (like Toto has).

The things I do like about the BioBidet: On demand hot water and heated seat, eco mode so that it's always partially ready with a warm seat and warm water while not using a terrible amount of electricity, the light is great (especially at night and it hasn't burned out in the 3 years of pretty much never turning it off), the warm air dryer is nice (although you still have to wipe dry for the most part), and it's easy to take off and put back on for cleaning.

I'd honestly try the Moen for this price, but I think I may upgrade to a higher end one in the future that has a control bar instead of remote and has a lid that can support sitting weight. This Moen appears to have a one sided remote that is wall mountable so that's great and it has on demand hot water, heated seat, and light so it fits the bill for most things. I'm not sure how many spray options it has or how good the spray is, but there's probably some info on their website. Regardless, you'll never go back to just TP after you get an electronic bidet.

Interested in thoughts on comparing to the recent Brondell Swash 1000 for $349 at Costco here. The Moen looks like it has similar features and is $120 less. Here's the Brondell also on sale at Costco: https://slickdeals.net/share/iphone_app/t/15697375

I got this one for my bathroom out in my main room since the old lady won't let me put a hole in the wall in my master bathroom to hook it up. It comes Monday so I'll let y'all know if it's worth a shit on Tuesday.

I have this https://www.amazon.com/KOHLER-BN3...XG65&psc=1 and I highly recommend it. Got all the features of the expensive one and doesn't break your bank. I bought it for $160 during last cyber Monday so if you can wait, get it when it's on sale again. But I would be happy to pay at this price given I already know how decent it is.

Sure if that works for you then no reason to buy something else, but for me the heated seats and warm water alone are worth every penny on the BioBidet
