Couldn't get the promo code to work. If you can get this at sub $900 it's the best deal on a graphics card yet, The 12Gb falls just short of the 3080 ti in performance.

FE cards are manufactured in Taiwan and weren't subjected to the same tariffs as most AIB cards too.

The tariff has been temporarily lifted, but AIBs have yet to lower their prices accordingly imo.

Some of the 3rd party cards have the graphics memory and Nvidia chips over-clocked - so it should perform better than the Founder's .My RTX 3080 Aorus Master for instance comes with software that allows end-users to change the overclock/boost settings. This can happen because the heat-sink on the Aorus Master is massive to allow proper cooling. I haven't had a need to tinker around with mine, but from past research, the RTX 3080 Aorus Master can perform close to an RTX 3080-Ti if done correctly.

XC3 is a 2 slots card but the FTW3 is a 3 slots card.

There is no founders edition of 12GB so manufacturer can set whatever price they want and it's close to 3080ti in performance.
Considering that I paid over $1300 with tax for the same thing 2 months ago, this is a good price.
