If an order has a certain amount of TIP attached to it, the tip will be the full payout only, and we will not be providing additional payment. We will only provide payment on orders where the tip doesn't cover the full order or only a small tip was added, in both cases we will then supplement from our side.
Here's the kicker, we will not be lowering our fees that we charge to the customer or the fees that we charge the business for processing the orders on our platform. So we're essentially taking advantage of the tipping culture to cover delivery, and we're pocketing what we would have paid in today's model.
We have spent millions on marketing "to tip" our drivers, so we can then remove our compensation from the system and make it tips only.

I had another order, customer tipped me $12 and order was $156. I helped the customer to find replacement to make sure they get the $50 discount. That's how it works, man!

I downloaded cashapp, joined (address, name, SSN), and "linked" my debit card. I also signed up for the cashapp "Cash Card" which is preparing. Added the instacart 30% boost. In order to use this "Cash Card' at the costco sameday checkout, I need to add cash to my account, but it says the transfer has failed.
