Looked up the UPC and this comes with a 5800 and not a 5800X. These have terrible airflow/cooling, but otherwise not a bad deal.

Because it's essentially the same chassis as the garbage tier Dell Inspiron but covered in tacky plastic all over to make sure it occupies ~25% more space (with no increase in internal volume) and has an obnoxious shape that appeals to 13 year old edgelords.
