We bought one of these on the last woot offer ($20 more than this price) and are happy with it. We consider it a "maintenance" vacuum to supplement our primary vacuum (a handheld). In other words, this does not have sufficient power to get everything out of carpet (it does on hardwood), but combined with weekly/monthly deep cleans with a more powerful vac, it is great way to keep the house tidy inbetween deep cleans. We have this run every other day to pick up near surface-level dust and hair -- and we like not having to think about maintaining it. The biggest plus is the bagless self-empty feature (this should be the future of robot vacs), which by itself is worth $100-$200 extra on most other robot vacuums, making this almost a no-brainer if you need something to maintain your home that you don't need to think about.
We know the vacuum works because every month the self-empty bin is almost full, but when I run a more powerful handheld vacuum (e.g. a dyson) on the same areas once a week, deeper level dirt does comes out, which is why this is a secondary, not a primary vacuum. I know some people have had issues with scratch/dent, so YMMV, but overall we have been happy with it as a maintenance vac that we don't need to think about. Spare parts and accessories are also cheap to find online. Hope this helps!

Not sure if mine were a dud or what but I bought this last time around from Woot and it wouldn't return to the dock. I eventually shipped it back for a full refund.

This is a dumb robot without lidar... So although it creates a map, it's useless because it doesn't have eyes to see and navigate the map. Not worth it do not buy
