I have a 65" C1 that's beautiful but that 83" C2 is really calling my name, especially with the brightness for HDR thing goin for it.

Yeah, if it were the 88" I might consider paying twice as much but it's only 6"
Note that the LG Partner site, at least the last I checked, doesn't allow returns for any reason other than DOA. If you have panel issues like notable banding and/or DSE, you have to pursue a fix through warranty, which can be a real pain.

Losing 6" is a big deal for manlihood
How about waiting for qd-oled from Samsung/Sony. It won't be past 65" this year, hopefully next year
