Their verbiage about voiding a warranty, stickers covering screw holes, etc... is not legally binding. This has been challenged over and over.
If you replace a part and later on another part breaks unrelated to what you did, they have to replace or refund you.
NOW, that being said... Builders will likely require all original parts if you plan on utilizing their repair services. So you could swap the cooler, the ram and case and if the PSU fails, you have to put everything back in the original case.
TL : DR, swap put whatever you want, but keep the OEM parts in case shit hits the fan down the line.
