My question is if the 6 series is worth 62% more. I have a R635 as my gaming TV, but am not sure if the S546 is "good enough" for an everyday TV
"ONE HUGE" problem.... it requires a fairly decent processor, something most TVs lack...including it with low and mid-tier TVs is just not a good idea. Those types of TVs perform best with Roku.
I would advise anyone that does not like Android/Google TV to try them via a streamer or Nvidia.

So who are even the biggest partners for Roku built in now? They've always seemed to have been mostly budget oriented brands unfortunately and I'm sure that hasn't changed. Just a couple years ago you couldn't even find a TCL Android TV it was all Roku…
Also have a TCL P605 that I bought 2 months before the OLED. Both in same room as I like to watch two sporting events or one show and one sporting event at the same time.
Neither TV has any problems at all. I later bought a 2018 OLED C8 as a bedroom. All TV's have a fantastic picture.
I'm not a gamer so 4K 60hz with Dolby Vision works perfectly for me.
And I have a 2009 Panny Plasma in the home office. Still going strong too. Maybe I just have good luck with TV's.

Why would anyone spend money on an OLED if 3-5 years later the brightness is down 50%?
I never yell at my TV, it just works with no problems.
Maybe we have different viewing habits and demands.
Also, would I be better off purchasing thru Best Buy or Amazon? Both have additional warranties, Amazon being longer time frame and cheaper.
