Yes usually a good deal isn't a good deal if you ignore half the product. This is a fantastic price.

This may be YMMV but I had a 5% off coupon available. Took it down to $132.99.

Do a general search for "teamgroup bundle".

They have at least a dozen different combos. Desktop and SODIMM.

When I looked yesterday they had everything from an 8GB kit (2x4) with a 500GB gen 3 nvme up to 32GB (2x16) of >4000MHz ram and a 2TB gen 4 nvme.

Prices from $99 to over $400.

I picked up a 1tb gen 4 drive and an extra 16GB of DDR 3200 CL16 desktop ram, there WAS an extra coupon and it ended up being $123 out the door.

There were also some bundles with and without a heat sink for the SSD.

I might not remember right, but if I do, that 3600MHz ram has a pretty high CL? 22?

IIRC it was about $48 for the ram and 78 for the SSD, plus tax? Not bad for what you're getting.

The pair of memory sticks usually run in the $80s, so this makes the SSD about $50 for a Gen 4 1TB. Works for me.

I purchased the Vulcan Z 32gb bundle a week ago. Installed both NvMe and ram in a new build. Working good so far. Ram accepted XMP profile at 3200mhz without any issues. $171 for a drive and ram was a great price.

CL18-22-22-42, pretty mediocre. Without the bundle, you're paying quite a bit for RGB.

Good deal. I would have jumped on this when building my pc a couple months ago. Or considered it for sure.

Have this RAM in two builds and it works great in both on XMP. My son must have won the silicon lottery with his sticks because they are better than any other sticks I have tried. Overclocking on my Alder Lake computer was so-so but great on Rocket Lake. Anyway, I highly recommend this ram for value and performance.

Is this 1 TB SSD better deal than the WD Black with free Battlefield 2042 from game stop?
From spec it looks like better, wondering what chip it uses? Hynix?

Samsung uses Samsung, Crucial uses Micron.

Thanks for this! Ended up grabbing that $99 combo.

I am extremely tempted but last Time I use this brand with a ryzen cpu (1700x) I had nothing but blue screens of death. Can anybody confirm its working good now?

Are you sure it wasn't an issue with your configuration of the system? Memory needs to be configured correctly to work correctly and this is even more important on the AMD side.
