Where's the I3 12100F? I've been waiting and waiting to get a motherboard combo with that at Micro Center, but it seems like just about everybody BUT Micro Center has the I3 12100F.
I might jump on the 12400 at this price. I need a build to run Plex, so I cannot use AMD.
Can I still get the motherboard combo discount if I buy both in store? Any recommendation? I'm not looking to O/C, just something that has wifi and B/T
I've seen more evidence that Bigfoot exists than that anyone actually lives near a microcenter.
Depends on what your definition of 'near' is.
I live in NW Ohio. I have a Microcenter 90 minutes to the north, 2 hrs to the East, and another 2 hrs to the south.
For me, those trips are doable, especially since they're in cities with a lot of other things to do/places to eat. The 2 in Ohio (Ohio has the most Microcenters, they have 3, with their headquarters also in Columbus) are day killers, but the one in MI can be a 4hr round trip; including browsing time at micro and also eating somewhere up near there (or on the way back down).

Best to wait a couple days more for lower prices/deals on intel and AMD chips.
