I keep seeing this comment every time XM new line deal pop up, but have no idea how to get this credit. Infact my xfinity internet offer become much worst after I moved to XM, is like they know I have less flexibility to move to another internet provider now that I am on their XM plan. My current internet offer rate is ending in less than a month and before I signed up XM, i saw internet offer that was less than my current bill (did not sign up that time to wait out my current offer to end), but once i signed up XM, my internet offer no longer shows the previous offer I saw and become much expensive than my current bill...
Did this deal back in January and now the status of my $200 gift card is completely gone from the https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/ site after meeting the requirement of 90 days service. Contacted support a week ago and haven't heard anything from them since.
And $30 internet bill credit per month. Great deal!

Not for everyone. I have 7 phone lines on Xfinity mobile, unlimited voice and texts, all sharing 10GB data (my family uses wifi as much as possible when home, and not much data out) and total cost per month is $67 including taxes and all. That is about as cheap as it gets anywhere.
I agree. I have 3 lines and noticed while on Google Fi, we all mostly use wifi, so the mobile data usage is under 1GB a month (we are not addicted to streaming on our phones). Because of that, Xfinity Mobile "by the gig" was perfect for me to try.

Xfinity Mobile - $15
Google Fi - $62

Pretty good savings and if we go over data usage, oh well. Still cheaper in the long run. Not traveling internationally much right now, so not missing Google Fi

Sure there are outlier use cases such as yours (congrats! great deal!) but for the most part xfinity is more expensive than other MVNOs and even my direct Tmobile plan offers more data for less money.

If you wait 90 days, the $200 byod will most likely be gone. Just get a new number from a prepaid carrier or GV.
There is a risk that the $200 BYOD will go away. However, I've seen this promo come and go multiple times in the last 6 months. I took advantage of this in November 2021 but I remember there was one before that (I missed the one in August/Sept) and there have been at least 2 more times since then.

To clarify, all the ones I've been referring to were the $200 BYOD. There have been some $50 BYOD scattered in there too. I know this because I check their promotions regularly.

Good luck trying to get Xfinity to honor the $100 add a line reward.. it's been 4 months since I signed up no one at Xfinity is able to help
Xfinity promotions can be a pain to do. I find that if you follow everything to a T and don't deviate from it you are good. If you have any issues during port-in, it will screw up something on your promotions. I've done a few of these promotions already, going as far back as 2018 (possibly 2017).

Once, I had a line that had issues with port-in and as a result, didn't complete until 2 days past the promotion date despite the fact that my order was placed well before that. I did not get credit for that line and tried to chase Comcast for it. In the end it wasn't worth it for me to wait on hold and explain the issue over and over so I just gave up on that line. The other 4 lines I had, the promotional credits were issued to a visa card 4-5 months after activation.

One caveat is I wonder if there is a lifetime $ limit on how often you can do these BYOD offers. It seems Comcast keeps track of all the GC promotions they sent me over the years, going back to 2018. I can see them when I check https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/status .

They can tell, but I don't know if they will care. I replaced my LG XCharge with an LG G8 simply by just moving the sim. Everything just worked. I will add that the G8 was an Xfinity version I bought from ebay, so that may be why it worked so easily. Anyhow, Xfinity still shows the XCharge on the account. and when I asked them about that, they said it made no difference to the service.
I keep the XCharge in my desk at work for when I forget my phone, like I did today. No sim, but I use it with Google Voice on wifi.
Was that the XM $1 XCharge a few years back? That was slick. 😊

Hey, I'm in the same situation. I don't know who to contact to ask about the gift card. The main service number pawned me off to some giftcard specific customer service that never answered the phone.

If anyone out there figured out a way to talk to Xfinity about missing giftcards, please let us know.
Try chat from Xfinity's regular website. Scroll down the page and click on support etc. They can either call you or wait for a chat rep.

Yes I'm surprised they have resurrected this a few times now. So if you can time it, you can rinse and repeat.

I don't think it's low income only, I'm on it, was offered from a rep about 6 months ago, no check or anything on income. Just had to add a new line to my xfinity mobile account that I already had in good standing. The BYOD $200 was available at the time for me as well but I didn't have an eligible phone so I opted for a free Samsung A42. I am only paying $20/month for 600mbps internet.
Did they ask for SSN to move to Xfinity mobile? I reached out Xfinity CS to make sure I get the deal and the dude asked for my SSN for BYOD program!

Their website says my iPhone SE (2nd gen) is not compatible. I just did this deal back in Nov with 5 iPhone SEs. Any idea how to go around that?

Never mind, it is perhaps because I used those phones in the last promotion

Same for me, I moved 2 lines and 1 of them vanished from the tracker, the other has been stuck as Qualified for 3 weeks now.

Same thing happened to me. Finally got hold off one CS, who told me that the IME that I used was previously used by the same account to receive a rebate in 2019, and so would not be eligible again. EEK! YMMV

Has anyone ported from Mint Mobile and rec'd the gift card in the past? I think I have myself, but can't recall, and it's not on the list. But there is an "Other/Not Sure" selection to choose from, too.

I'm debating between adding 2 lines on XM or T-Mobile Connect

XM:
$60 for 10GB (and can pull back to 3GB plan to save another $30 if we don't go above 3GB)
-$30 credit on home internet, so closer to $30
$200 gift card for moving iPhone over from TMO (I'll be patient)
TBD on phone for brand new line - hoping the free SE comes back vs the Moto Ace they are offering now - requires hanging onto phone for 24 months, but that's not a huge concern since Xfinity wifi is best option in my area

TMO Connect:
$30 for 3GB each
Prepay 10 months ($150 per user) and get a free budget phone (like a Moto Pure or REVL)

XM seems like the winner, but always interested in the community's thoughts on pros/cons or creative ideas!

Same thing, I'm supposed to get $450 from thanksgiving deals after signing up with their sales guy, the call was recorded and they confirmed my visa card, still only $100 card arrived now which is April. Xfinity is a real scam!.
