Xfinity Mobile - $15
Google Fi - $62
Pretty good savings and if we go over data usage, oh well. Still cheaper in the long run. Not traveling internationally much right now, so not missing Google Fi
To clarify, all the ones I've been referring to were the $200 BYOD. There have been some $50 BYOD scattered in there too. I know this because I check their promotions regularly.
Once, I had a line that had issues with port-in and as a result, didn't complete until 2 days past the promotion date despite the fact that my order was placed well before that. I did not get credit for that line and tried to chase Comcast for it. In the end it wasn't worth it for me to wait on hold and explain the issue over and over so I just gave up on that line. The other 4 lines I had, the promotional credits were issued to a visa card 4-5 months after activation.
One caveat is I wonder if there is a lifetime $ limit on how often you can do these BYOD offers. It seems Comcast keeps track of all the GC promotions they sent me over the years, going back to 2018. I can see them when I check https://xfinityincentiv
I keep the XCharge in my desk at work for when I forget my phone, like I did today. No sim, but I use it with Google Voice on wifi.
If anyone out there figured out a way to talk to Xfinity about missing giftcards, please let us know.

Never mind, it is perhaps because I used those phones in the last promotion

XM:
$60 for 10GB (and can pull back to 3GB plan to save another $30 if we don't go above 3GB)
-$30 credit on home internet, so closer to $30
$200 gift card for moving iPhone over from TMO (I'll be patient)
TBD on phone for brand new line - hoping the free SE comes back vs the Moto Ace they are offering now - requires hanging onto phone for 24 months, but that's not a huge concern since Xfinity wifi is best option in my area
TMO Connect:
$30 for 3GB each
Prepay 10 months ($150 per user) and get a free budget phone (like a Moto Pure or REVL)
XM seems like the winner, but always interested in the community's thoughts on pros/cons or creative ideas!
does that mean they don't do eSim ?
