if you need/like dandruff shampoo, i just found this stuff. it has twice the active ingredient of head and shoulders and has a more premium scent and feel to it (i think). pretty similar price to h&s too.

Possibly one pack. Please keep in mind that nowadays, there are a few items that cannot be returned, even if it's Amazon's fault, and when you contact customer support, they behave as if they are doing us a favor by refunding the amount. Also, I read somewhere that people are receiving emails with a warning about more returns on their accounts. Amazon is not customer friendly anymore. No competition.

The article mentions you only have to worry if you're approaching 5-10 returns a month or 10% of orders returned. The Redditor only received a warning after ~60% of purchase value was returned. Most shouldn't have to worry about returning a $6 purchase. I'm even expecting they'll refund you without even requiring a return.

Yes, so far I haven't had any problems with my returns. Last month, in my S&S order, handsoap spilled and other food items got soaked in soap, solimo amazon brand refill. When I contacted them, the first answer I received was that it was not returnable, and then, after a few explanations, they offered to refund it as a one time courtesy. How is that customers' fault for Amazon shipping soap with other food products (total of 6 orders in one box)? How customers are liable for damaged products in shipping. I have a feeling they have some indicator or numbers on the account that determines the level of friendliness in return.

I had something similar happen. They shipped 2 downy 96oz softners, a large doll (in horrible plastic packaging) and airwick glass refills all in one box through UPS. Seriously, who packs all that together? I was lucky nothing broke or spilled.
