It is unflavored pea protein - mild flavor, would not recommend mixing in water or milk by itself, a bit gritty and doesn't dissolve well.

Pea protein shines in thick drinks like smoothies and baked goods, where the mild flavor is overpowered by other ingredients. Think of it as something with a neutral flavor that you can sprinkle on to lots of stuff.

That link you posted for the organic version is actually the non-organic version.
The organic version is this one [amazon.com] and only comes in 2.2 lb quantity, so it's quite a bit more expensive.

Interesting. I'm surprised I haven't seen more baked goods add it in. Would be nice to have a protein-enriched cake or donut or something, lol.

Just finishing up a tub of this stuff. Every morning I mix a scoop into some milk and down it. The first few times it was pretty rough, but you get used to it, even maybe like it a little. Won't buy again.

It's often discounted and never $90+. I got it last time and word of warning it really really really does not taste good ... as others pointed out almost impossible to drink it mixed with just water or even milk ...
