For the record, I own this specific Sofirn SP36 BLF flashlight (as well as the Sofirn Q8, which is similar) and I think that it's a great light and I would highly recommend it. In my honest opinion, for $50, I think that it's a genuinely great deal. Especially, considering that it comes with batteries (three 18650) and has built-in USB-C charging.
And while I can't specifically confirm the claim of the 5,000 lumens, I can honestly say that if you're looking for nice-quality, bright flashlight, at this $50 price, it's a legitimately great deal and I sincerely don't think that you would be disappointed with the purchase. And I'd invite you to check out the reviews and feedback on the r/flashlight subreddit on Reddit and see what some true flashlight enthusiasts say about the BLF SP36.

You aren't going to see 5000 lumens sustained out of a light like this. You'll get close to 5000 lumens on Turbo for a little bit, then the light will aggressively throttle get under thermal limits. After a few minutes the light can sustain around 2000 lumens, which is still a ton of light.
The LH351D is rated by the manufacturer at 515 lm @ 1050 mA. However, the whole point of BLF is to push lights to their limits.
Think of modern LEDs like a CPU. They're both most efficient at low power. However, they have the potential to be overclocked or overdriven until thermal throttling begins.
See the chart in Texas Ace's review for more info about the LH351D's abilities.

Here's a good review of this light https://1lumen.com/review/sofirn-sp36/
Basically this reviewer saw 4674 lumens at turbo.
TLDR: The SP36 in OP's is a well built, high output, flashlight with a nice tint and a smart UI.

Thanks I see it now
Yes, this is thicker, and heavier than your average flashlight.
The button on the side can stay dimly lit or turned off, but makes a great nightstand light with a dim light to know where it is.
This thing is a great value, hard to lose, people don't steal your light when you hand it to them, and it fulfills the lighting needs of 99% of situations you'll be in. Additionally the light quality is beautiful with the high CRI.
