Worked for me. Got the email in 3 mins after submitting the form. Code Valid until April 30, 2022
Try a different email, device, IP, ad block combo maybe that's what's blocking you.

They opened a location close to me a couple of years ago and whenever I drive by they are closed. Haven't had an opportunity to try them out due to their random hours. Who would think a restaurant would be open on a Friday evening, come on!
