Some will say the weight is too light for a man over time. I think this is true if you are younger than 35.
I was a 300+ lb bench press guy in mid-to-late twenties but in my early forties I just want to feel fit and strong but not like a bodybuilder. This is plenty of weight for the post 35 man who needs to start considering preventing arthritis and tendonitis.
