On a whim checked that I had the right model (been tracking this backpack) and found they have a Gambit Pro (a bit larger closer to the RSS pack) and the coupon also works. Could work with other SKUs so give it a try on other bags. I have a small 17" laptop and this will probably work better.

A lot of companies require some kind of proof of destruction if they're not making you send in the defective or damaged product. Just discourages people from using it to get a free second bag.

I own 3 OGIO products. All have decent quality. 1 Axle backpack, which is very roomy. 1 duffel that is ideal for beach. and 1 locker case fits gym locker perfectly.

I wish they can make a hard shell case to offer better protection on my laptop when I travel. Either similar to Pelican U105, or with EVA foam. So I can drop it, kick it, throw it...

Yes, really. I entered the code for the Pro and it was invalid. Oh well. Still pricey but I thought it was worth a shot considering how many people raved about this backpack.
