of course there are better laptops but 3050 at this price is hard to find, plus not everyone has spare 1k or more for a gaming laptop, so thumps up

Also, two memory slots on this model.

5 lbs. Isn't bad at all. I think the only thing missing that I need is USB C Power delivery.

Both USB 3.2 Gen 1 and Gen 2 support the USB Power Delivery Specification (USB PD), with Gen 2 offering up to 20 volts of power at 5 amps for a potential total of 100 watts through supported hardware. This is a major leap forward from the previous USB 2.0 standard which was capable of providing 2.5 watts of power.
I guess this is a good enough starter gaming PC. The quad core is probably good enough. The 3060m beats an 1060 6GB by a bit. That 4GBs of VRAM is however a real limitation and expect to spend an extra $40+ for a 2.5" drive very soon after purchase for usable space.
If so, how much does another 8gb cost? Or is there only one RAM slot?
I need 16gb of RAM for work purposes.
Edit: And is the 3050 equivalent to a 2060?
