Walmart+ is honestly pretty cool. It's like the early days of Prime when you could buy anything, no matter how cheap, with 2-day shipping.

I've ordered $2 jars of spices, a single box of Cheez-its, a single thing of oat milk, etc and all with fast free shipping. It's great when you forget something at the store.

this is actually pretty good and good to see WM+ expanding benefits. Something to other considering signing up, I've noticed in our local WM gas station, even though it says 10 cents. It's up to 10 cents. In my case, it's 5 cents off though. Better than nothing. Cheaper than Costco.

Plus, they were already the lowest price for high quality gas, many times 20 cents lower than other places, even lower than Walmart after this 10 cent per gallon perk. As you can see, percent off gas deals are usually much better than fixed cents off offers.

I had Walmart plus and went to Sam, scanned the barcode pumped my gas. Same price as on the sign no discount whatsoever. Go ahead and try for yourself you could have a different experience.

Discount for Exxon, Mobile and Murphy only. Without Walmart+ you can not get Sam club without Sam club membership

Last stop at Murphys I saved 5 cents a gallon, maybe only 5 at Murphys or dependant upon location?

I need to try our local ExxonMobil and see if it's 10 cents off.

correct-but it's better than paying 25c extra per gal at the other stations

I tried this at an Exxon today. Price on the sign was $3.99/gallon but after I filled-up, the Walmart app said it was $4.09/gallon and with the "10¢ discount", I ended up paying $3.99/gallon.

Neat trick.

Use the Walmart app. It just popped up for me when I opened the WM app at Exxon. I think I confirmed my location and then selected the pump and it started up

I am a reliable source that works in the biz. Chevron and Texaco have what is called "unsurpassed" performance. So they are the best (though it may be a tie). With that being said the Top Tier ones are likely all going to be fine. Oh and the only difference is additives. All gasoline is put into pipelines around the coumtry so Shell may be made at Exxon or vice versa.

Works as advertised - with the Walmart app opened to it's home tab, a pop-up asked if I wanted 10 cent/gal discount. Said yes. Gave pump number, and it's prices dropped accordingly.

There seems to be an interesting change of behavior with Walmart+ and Fuel benefits at Murphy stations - now if you cancel your W+ membership before your period ends (basically, opt-out of auto-extension), your Murphy discount is terminated immediately, even though you still may have weeks on your W+ membership. I just had an online chat with W+ support and they confirmed it was the case with my account and it was listed as "Ineligible for Fuel benefits", despite having several days still left on my W+ membership.
