You have to go to Target Store to get deal. Target Online has full price.
Cheaper at Target ($27.99) than Menards ($29.99) for 6ft (same brand).
4ft was $19.99
I purchased the 6ft
The frame is not rust resistant (but advertised was)

I'm leaning towards nationwide but not 100% sure. It was Full price when i check brickseek with my location. I went to my store in Michigan and there were no sign that is on sale or "Sale" sticker next to its price tag on the shelf. Thankfully im near a scanner and the 50% sale price popped up in the screen. Also i wouldn't trust online inventory as mine says only 1 left but there were 4 of the 6ft when i got there. It's worth a checkout I would say.
