One complaint. The mini remote was lost and a new one was about $ 50 plus shipping. It does work without the remote, minus some functions. I have also have a tabletop Dyson and lost that mini remote. No way to use that one without the remote. No replacements available.

3. Run the checkout from QVC and apply the gift card, you will see total 385 applied credit (total out of pocket cost = 15 +300 + tax)
* the complete payment page from QVC is very tricky, they by default de-select the gift card credit and you need to make sure to have it selected before checkout, also they will try to put the remaining 15 + tax due on the multiple flex pay plan or something do make sure to edit it and select 1 time payment.

Did you tell Dyson support about WiFi not working after said update? Some may not find the feature useful but for those who do, that would be a pain to deal with if it were to go out. Sounds like it was a software issue, too, if it happened immediately after an update.
