Thanks, but I don't have vpn. I tried on different device&private mode with different accounts and bank cards. I have never encountered this issue before.
I bought a $100 gift card on 5/2... has not showed up yet, and the tracker just says "Shipped with USPS — No tracking available at this time." its now Mother's Day, no gift card has arrived, and the status hasn't changed. I think I am going to have to call them in the morning.
