It says to avoid skin products containing Cocamidopropyl betaine and Propylene glycol, as those can actually flare up eczema. Looks like the Aveeno stuff contains at least those two... I have eczema and Seborrheic dermatitis so trying to keep it under control and prevent flare-ups/breakouts.
