"Gas station" means a merchant that is primarily in the business of selling gasoline to consumers. A gas station may sell other convenience items, but its primary business must be selling gasoline to consumers. The following are NOT considered gas stations: superstores, supermarkets, and warehouse clubs that sell gasoline. Not valid for corporate card transactions. Qualifying purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Once you add the offer to your eligible Card, you must spend a minimum of $40 in one or more qualifying U.S. purchases by the last day of each calendar month to be considered eligible for a one-time statement credit. You may receive the one-time statement credit, up to 4 times (for up to 4 months of monthly minimum spend) during the offer period. Your ability to redeem will reset on the first day of each calendar month and end on the last day of the same calendar month until 8/31/2022. Limit of 1 statement credit per Card Member per monthly spend and 4 statement credits per Card Member per offer period (total of $80).
