Actually... $ 530 is below the MSRP of this card, which is $ 580. You are probably confused with MSRP of 6700 XT "Reference", which is $ 480. That does not mean $ 480 is MSRP for all 6700 XT GPUs, just like only 3080 with $ 699 MSRP is Founders Edition. AIB/custom partners can set their own MSRP (because M in here is actual GPU manufacturer, not chip manufacturer), only using AMD/nVidia's pricing of Reference/FE as guideline.
