It took me literally 10 mins to place the order as the site is super slow even though I have high speed internet...be patient while you put in the order.

Direct Tools finally responded to my email request for support to tell me that they are out of stock of the tanks and promotional items are available while supplies last. I replied that there was no mention of this when ordering. Also, they were in stock a couple of days ago selling for $19.99 each, long after they shipped my order. Sounds like they simply screwed up and they are covering their tracks, to me.

When did your order ship?
I placed my order on May 5th and got a notification that my order was shipped on May 8th; although my order did not ship out until 5/12 per Fedex; and I received the router and the sprayer on 5/17 and the two tanks on 5/18.

Same thing with my order, except after I placed the order, I got the notification that they were OOS on the tanks.

A couple of days later, I noticed the tanks were back in stock and called DTO, who arranged to have the tanks shipped to me. Just received them.
