Bought this and returned it one day after using it. The built-in software was very buggy. And the connection with USB-C is absolutely awful - everything was totally oversaturated. And there wasn't away to adjust. The build quality wasn't great either. It's a great product in theory. But it tries to do too many things and none of them well.

I ordered one to try it, but based on your experience, I'm definitely lowering my expectations.

The 32" M7 is about $249.47 on Samsung.com. Picked up the 43" M7 monitor for $325.

How did you get these prices for the M7? I see $329 for the 32"

Is it just me or is this product plain silly? Do you want to watch TV on a 32'' screen size? What's the point of having this feature anyway if you are connecting it to a PC? In most cases, those shelling out $600 for a monitor would have a computer that can load apps and digital media significantly faster than any mobile SOC can handle.

All that aside, what's with the Cinema Display XDR appearance with bezels?

Here's what you should pay attention to:

1. This is a VA panel.
2. 60 Hz.
3. USB 2.0
4. WiFi 5
5. Samsung Tizen

Doesn't take a geek to figure out why this thing's on sale already.

I have the M7 and what I like that is that replaces the docking station (almost) so I just need the monitor and a single cable to my laptop for power anda data. The only issue with the M7 is that the usb is 2.0 and can't handle a gigabit ethernet port. Ditched the caldigit

Pretty weird that it is already on sale considering that it just came out and is sold out every where. I ordered the M7 for $249 a couple days ago. The M8 comes out to $485 after EDU/coupons. Not sure if it is worth the difference.

Per the specs it seems 350-380 around would be a reasonable price. 485 is still high IMO.
