This stuff crushed my kidneys and gave me terrible back pains. I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm 40 and drink a gallon of water a day and this still gave me really bad cramps and internal pains. I seriously felt like I was dying for a few days.

I gave the rest to my coworker, who's 21 and in way better shape than me, and he told me he experienced the same problems.

I'd highly recommend trying another brand and not getting this one.

I've tried the current plus a half-dozen old accounts, and nothing for me. I did see the price just move from 29.99 to 28.49, but meh.
